Unanswered	30 to 45	6 to 10	Living on a somewhat heavily traveled street plows constantly undo shoveling that was done. They pile snow banks at crosswalks and school children are expected to climb over them. Unfortunatley, I suspect it won't be until a tragedy occurs that this will stop.
North East	30 to 45	6 to 10	I would like to know why we give this to a local venor. It is a nice thing to do, but should it not go out for bid as other towns have done.
North East	30 to 45	Over 10	Although.... i did notice they cleared the VI during a snow storm last year before the cleared the parking lot behind Nail Art, which wasn't done until the next morning. Is town maintenance supposed to be clearing the VI in the middle of one of our biggest snow storms????

North East	Over 60	Over 10	Living on a dead end street; the people doing the plowing could give a bit more thought as to where the plowed snow should be deposited and make an effort to help homeowners by not dumping mounds of snow in their aprons.
North West	Unanswered	Over 10	The staff who snow plow sometimes appear to be very spiteful and inconsiderate when they plow in residential driveways immediately after seeing residents struggle to clear their driveways. Also the police do nothing to enforce the law in telling people that they can not throw snow into the street.
North West	30 to 45	Over 10	Less breaks and more work, Make the road crew eat in shifts so there is a constant flow of trucks clearing the roads. The private contractor seems to do a better job at clearing the roads.

South East	30 to 45	Over 10	most storms seem to get away from dpw. they are always behind it seems.
South East	30 to 45	Over 10	We are residents who lives at the end of a cul de sac, and we are always plowed in and have difficulty getting out of our drive way. Having lived at this location for 9 of our 11 years, we always find ourselves running down the street to catch them so they can clear the mess they left. They continue to cover the entire fire hydrant which obviously makes it difficult to find if ever needed in an emergency.

South West	30 to 45	6 to 10	Last years snowfall removal was less than satisfactory compared with other years. Local streets should have snow pushed back off the streets allowing full width of the street for traffic.

South West	30 to 45	Over 10	The guys seem to be out and on top of things, but I know that we pay dearly for the service in overtime. Perhaps "comp" time can be used somehow? Giving days and hours off in slow periods, and banking 10 or 20 hours per employee for snow removal - could that be an option?
South West	30 to 45	Over 10	It seems as though we wait a long time for snow removal on the tertary streets...I can understand that in an unpredicted storm but not in a predicted storm. It seems as though there should be a better plan..
South West	30 to 45	Over 10	basically the roads are clear, however, if they plowed going against traffic, they could clean better, also, the corners need to be tucked back much better.
South West	46 to 60	Over 10	They start plowing after 5:00PM. This means that you can't move around easily until later in the evening. We get home from work around 5 and can't get through our street. Also the plow drivers go on overtime and it costs us more than it needs to.
